Here it’s spoilers, so for people who don’t want to know, i’ll say read or not ! The only i can say is “Click to read it or not” !

Sons of Anarchy star Katey Sagal hasn’t been seen on Lost since 2006, although last season it seemed her character had passed away when John Locke (Terry O’Quinn) paid a visit to the grave of his supposed late girlfriend, Helen Norwood. Well, Katey has just won herself a return trip to Hawaii to reprise the role — an opportunity Katey told me in July she was hoping for. Lost executive producer Carlton Cuse exclusively confirmed the news to me at the Sept. 13 Malibu Triathlon fundraiser for the Children’s Hospital of Los Angeles.

Cuse, who biked in the event that raised over $1 million, spied another former cast member, Julie Bowen, among the other competitors and told me he’d also like to find a way to bring her back as Jack’s ex-wife, Sarah, in the upcoming final season. This came as exciting news to Julie. “Do it, Carlton!,” screamed the actress. “What’s stopping you?”

Now a series regular on the new ABC sitcom Modern Family, Bowen has already plotted out a return scenario in her head. “The last time you saw Sarah, she was pregnant with another man’s child,” she says. “But I would pitch that it was actually Jack’s baby and Jack’s found out and it’s somehow important to whatever is happening on the island.”

(By the way, I heard that what’s happening in season six is even more whacked-out than last season’s time jumping plot.)

Vampire Diaries’ Ian Somerhalder has already shot his return scene as Boone. Yay! The only former cast member Carlton wouldn’t discuss? Harold Perrineau (Michael). “I cannot yet confirm or deny whether he will be back on the show this year.”

Aw c’mon, Carlton. We know he will.

How do you feel about this latest round of returns? And who else do you hope to see before the series signs off in May 2010?

The Lost cast is growing anxious to receive the first script of their final season, which goes into production late August. Before they get definitive answers, I asked them to come up with their own theories about how the mystery will get resolved.

Josh Holloway (Sawyer)
“There’s got to be a big blow-out war among everybody, and they’re all going to kill each other. There’ll be a few stragglers who have to make a choice, like the way ‘On the Beach’ ended, where the threat blows itself up and people will have to decide whether to stay or go.”

Elizabeth Mitchell (Juliet)
“Like the end of Stephen King’s The Dark Tower, I think something will happen where we all go back to where we were. Juliet was never brought to the island. The plane never crashes. These people have never met. But because of the odd nature of time, we keep on getting drawn back into the same situation again. So basically, the ending is just another beginning.”

Dominic Monaghan (Charlie)
“The remaining cast decides whether to walk the path of good or bad, and an epic battle reigns. Evangeline Lilly puts in the performance of the year and wins a Golden Globe.”

Henry Ian Cusick (Desmond)
“The resurrection of the dead—with someone singing [Hawaiian farewell song] ‘Aloha ’Oe.’”

Daniel Dae Kim (Jin)
“We all settle into Dharmaville, build our own homes and develop the island into a tourist destination and make millions of dollars.”

When the challenge was introduced to cook dinner for some of the writers and creators of Lost, you seemed to be the only competitor familiar with the show. Why?
It’s on at a time at night when chefs are working. The first time I ever saw Lost, my son, Max, and I went to rent a video. I told him, “I heard that Lost is really good.” So we got the first season. We started watching it in the afternoon and before we knew it, it was time for bed.

So when you saw the array of island ingredients what did you think?
It was like Christmas on a table to me! I could live off of those foods every day—oysters, green mango, chicken, wild boar. I just thought, “Woo hoo. I’m going to cook everything!” So I imagined myself on a desert island. Then I thought, “What would John Locke do?” Then I opened up six coconuts and used the water to make a stock for risotto.

Lost executive producers Carlton Cuse and Damon Lindelof promised to call me as soon as they came up with a nickname for the closing — and assuredly jaw-dropping — scene of this season’s finale, which is now slated for May 13.

Lost executive producers Carlton Cuse and Damon Lindelof promised to call me as soon as they came up with a nickname for the closing — and assuredly jaw-dropping — scene of this season’s finale, which is now slated for May 13.

The thing is, the boys aren’t nicknaming that moment this year.

You are.

TVGuide.com has learned exclusively that in this week’s official Lost podcast, posting to ABC.com on Thursday, Team Darlton will formally invite viewers to suggest a nickname for the season finale’s final moment.

In seasons past, that head-scratcher has been dubbed “Bagel” (Walt is abducted by the Others!), “Challah” (Penny’s research team locates the island!), “The Rattlesnake in the Mailbox” (Jack is flashing forward!) and “Frozen Donkey Wheel” (which, quite literally, Ben rotated to move the island).

The ink is barely dry on the finale script and it’s at least a week from being filmed, so you’ll just have to go with your gut when conjuring up a nickname. There is talk, however, that the season-ender will (SPOILER ALERT) culminate with “the incident” referred to by Marvin Candle in the first orientation video.

Submissions can be directed to ABC.com/asklost, with the producers’ pick being announced on ABC’s March 26 podcast.

This Wednesday on Lost (9 pm/ET, ABC), Sawyer, Juliet and the other time-trippers cross paths with, among other people, a woman named Amy — and boy, is she about to make a special delivery. 24 alumna Reiko Aylesworth gave us a tease-filled look at her multi-episode turn.

TVGuide.com: How has it been for you, basically a New York City gal, filming in Hawaii?
Reiko Aylesworth: It does feel like another country, but it’s great. It’s also weird because I got there and everybody looks like me and my family, which never happens. It’s that whole mixed Asian thing! [Laughs]

TVGuide.com: So first things first: Who is Amy?
Aylesworth: Good question. I’m trying to think of how I can describe her without giving anything away… . You come upon Amy in the midst of the biggest crisis of her life. Actually, two of the most intense moments in her life are in this first episode.

TVGuide.com: When is Amy?
Aylesworth: I was told I’m not supposed to reveal that, even though it’s the worst-kept secret. You could probably tell me.

TVGuide.com: Well, the photos would suggest the 1970s. And she seems quite clearly to be having a baby. True?
Aylesworth: Yes.

TVGuide.com: Do we know who the father is?
Aylesworth: Following that [first episode], you do find out who the father is.

TVGuide.com: Might Amy be giving birth to someone… “special”?
Aylesworth: I will say yes, it’s a special person. And you eventually find out who — but not in that first episode.

TVGuide.com: Might the castaways not want Amy to give birth to this special person?
Aylesworth: They don’t know at this point who… well, what the stakes are. My character really draws them into a new world, I will say that. That’s mainly what she is for, taking them to that point where they have to decide [about interfering].

TVGuide.com: This week is a Sawyer-centric episode. How so?
Aylesworth: Most of my interaction is with Sawyer. Throughout the episode, all the characters at this point in time debate about whether to interfere with the past or not — and what the consequences might be.

TVGuide.com: Josh Holloway is clean-shaven in these new episodes. Does Sawyer clean up upon seeing pretty Amy?
Aylesworth: Ha! Um, OK, that’s a loaded question. No… It’s something a little more unexpected. This episode’s really exciting because it takes many unexpected turns. The end of this episode is really cool. [I say that] just having read it; I don’t know how they filmed it.

TVGuide.com: Does the ending involve the hooded woman Sawyer uncovers in the promo?
Aylesworth: No, that’s not at the end. There are so many reveals in this. This episode opens up many cans of worms. [The hooded woman] leads into the whole shift in the storyline. But then the end is very cool, too. It widens the scope of the show even more, which is hard to believe! It’s game-changing.

TVGuide.com: Team Carlton told me that an “interesting” romance is on the horizon for two island characters. Could Amy be one of them?
Aylesworth: Hmm… Actually, there’s a very interesting romance. I think I’m kind of a red herring when it comes to that, though. I do work mostly with Josh and Elizabeth [Mitchell, Juliet].

TVGuide.com: You were a fan of Lost before this. What’s your theory on who’s the bad guy here — Ben or Widmore?
Aylesworth: I’m leaning towards Widmore, but Ben… I just want to know why he did what he did with the massacre.

TVGuide.com: We have you for four episodes?
Aylesworth: So far. That I know of.

TVGuide.com: Have you shot the fourth?
Aylesworth: I have not.

TVGuide.com: I understand that 24’s Michelle was one of your favorite roles.
Aylesworth: It is. At the time, there weren’t a lot of roles where you could be strong and at the top of your game and be compassionate. There was this idea you had to be hard to get ahead.

TVGuide.com: This season, it was revealed that Tony grieved Michelle’s death so much he became treasonous. How touched are you?
Aylesworth: [Laughs] It’s great. My mere lack of presence is propelling a whole story! And to think you only got to see a few days of our relationship. I was only bummed with how I went out; I wanted it to be in a hail of bullets.

TVGuide.com: Michelle could come back from dead as the villain for next season. Forget how mad Tony was; Michelle was the deader one, so she’s really miffed!
Aylesworth: [Laughs] Yeah, I’m really mad! That’s when the show jumps the shark.

Coming in this week’s Getting Lost video: Reiko talks more of Ben’s massacre and how it might impact her longevity on the show.

Lost fans were in an uproar when reports alleged that Evangeline Lilly was leaving the show and auditioning for pilots that could launch this fall.
Her reps were quick to put out that fire, saying the story was absolutely false.
So TVGuide.ca decided to ask the actress herself, and hopefully, fans will be pleased by the answer.

“Why on Earth would I want to leave the best female role on television, in my humble opinion?” says Lilly with a laugh. “I’m happy at the show. The rumour started because the world was bored and they need a little drama, so they make things up, and that’s it; it’s very simple.”

Phew, right? The preview for the next episode of Lost has alluded to the long-awaited reunion of Kate and Sawyer (Josh Holloway), and Lilly dished on how she hoped it would go down, and what did indeed happen.

“For Evangeline, it was great fun because it’s been a long time since I worked with Josh, and it was great to have that reunion,” she reveals. “I was also nervous that they would write something that would undermine Kate’s character.

“The notion that she might come back to the island and start things up with Sawyer again after three years of being involved with Jack, I was very nervous that that would happen and warrant having to justify that. Because I’m the one who has to make that believable, and if you don’t believe it, then it’s hard to make other people believe it. But they didn’t do that.”

Lilly adds, “It’s a very intense thing for both of them; I don’t think Kate realized he was even alive still. The last time she saw him, he had jumped out of a helicopter, was swimming in an ocean, to an island that, minutes later, disappeared.

“So for all intents and purposes, Kate thinks he’s dead. She really is holding out a little measure of hope that he’s alive, but the skeptic and the realist within her is saying he’s dead. So to see him again, more than being intense and romantic, it’s just intense and shocking.”

Or… might Walt and his never-fully-realized “powers” resurface next year in time for what undoubtedly will be Lost’s thrilling series finale?

Looking ahead to next week’s episode, if you seek info on Amy, 24 alumna Reiko Aylesworth phoned us to share some tantalizing tidbits about her recurring character, who turns up next week. Pregnant. (Watch for my complete and completely intriguing Q&A with Reiko next week. Seriously, I had goosebumps by the time we got done. Gonna be a big episode. Game-changing by all accounts.)

Lastly, in the Burning Questions segment, I pass along some of your theories about why Ben was all bloodied at the end of “316.” Your new mystery to chew on: What did Kate do with Aaron, and why does it have her so upset? Getting_Lost@tvguide.com is the place to send your theories.
